As a supervisor in Thunder Struck Enterprises, you would manage a team of staff and organise their workload. You would draw up rotas, allocate work and monitor team performance.

You would also need to have good communication skills and be well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

• planning workloads and rotas
