Mad Ink tattoos are bound by the following rules on Tattooing or Piercing.

 

We regret we cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 18 years.

 

We cannot pierce anyone under the age of 14 years.

 

Parents must accompany 14 and 15 year olds without exception, a consent form must be completed prior to the commencement of any procedure.

 

We offer our apologies to those loyal and trusted clients who faithfully attend at the arranged time, however we now have to introduce a deposit system whereby those clients who fail to provide us with at least 48 hrs notice of cancellation, will lose their deposit.

 

We reserve the right to refuse anyone who we deem unfit to go through with the tattooing or piercing procedure.

 

NO GENITAL PIERCING - please don't ask.
